2nd May 2024 . Checkin Denied by Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai. The hotel was shut and we were blatantly asked to go somewhere else. We have been through huge levels of stress because of all this. The hotel confirmed the booking and upon reaching the hotel we were denied booking by the hotel. 10 pm at night we were left stranded and were forced by the hotel staff. We are highly appalled to see such service and treatment from Novotel and Accor Group. We spent so much money and time and at the end we were denied Checkin. This is highly Disappointing and Atrocious.

The perfect place from which to explore Dubai Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. jefferson friendly and fantastic breakfasts. IThe hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station Jefferson who always assist if we need location. I will certainly be back." Had a visit in the first of March, the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and the stuff is friendly. All related services are also good. It's near the mall of Emirates just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are good size . they just forgot to add my All.com points :)

We booked the hotel due to its location. But our stay was spoilt due to the April'20024 Dubai flood as the whole area around the hotel as well as the hotel ground was flooded. Despite the flooding, the room was nice and comfortable. But the electricity in the whole area was disconnected for the whole night. Facing the adverse situation, the hotel sifted us to their sister property Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre in their own transport. In the adverse situation, I must mention the support of the staff (especially the Pakistani bell boy at the door and house keeping staff), who helped us with our luggage and subsequent transfer.
