So centrally located to so many areas of Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour we loved the location and the hotel it was exactly what we required. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant will definitely be staying here again.

good location, but terrible beds

Great staff! Super friendly! Even lent me umbrellas to weather the unseasonal rains Sydney was having! I don't normally have problems sleeping in hotels, but I definitely suffered this trip. The bedding were likely synthetic and not breathable. Even turning the aircon down to the minimum i was cooking under the sheets. one of the 4 nights, i was up till at least 4am trying to sleep.

Fine for a pit stop

Fine for a few days stay for work but not a room you’d want spend too much time in - the desk chair wasn’t at all comfortable to work from, there was no power outlet at the desk for a laptop & absence of small comforts like a robe or slippers. Shower was compact & flooded water everywhere as it wasn’t sealed well - without slippers a soggy floor wasn’t enjoyable. Staff were lovely & very accommodating and great location for getting out and about to meetings.

My stay was so much more enjoyable thanks to the Ibis facilities, location and extremely friendly & accommodating staff. They were always smiling and went out of their way to assist me. The room had a really comfy bed, loads of power outlets, wonderful water pressure and the room service was faultless. I will certainly rebook for my future trips.
