The hotel is very clean, food very good, very good facilities for babies. The room is very good done by Dil every day. The view is amazing and all staff is always helpful. The facilities for babies are very careful made, with a play area with toys.

Poor service from front office and reservations. Not enough vegetarian or vegan options Rooms are small, although good cleaning service was provided by the staff, Ravi and Trith. Spa isn’t even worthy of a visit. The lady at the spa wasn’t helpful and quite rude. No access to the beach with no pool beds allocated to the hotel. You have to lug everything down and set it up yourself. Quite appalling, regret staying here. The positives are the service from the restaurant staff members. Sandeep, Chef Anubhav and Ahmed who made every effort to cater to us. Sujan and Vaibhaw were very helpful. Concierge were helpful. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re seeking a five star luxury holiday.

The hotel was beautiful. Excellent location on the JBR and easy access to all of the main attractions. The rooms were sparkling clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious with so much variety and all of the staff working in the hotel were very kind, friendly and helpful. Waqas and Ali in the concierge team were particularly lovely and always very welcoming and keen to help! Thank you for a lovely stay at the Sofitel Dubai!

For my vacation I have choosen Sofitel hotel . This hotel is really good and nice.The pool area is super.staff members are really convenient and helpful. Especially Anil from housekeeping he is really kind and good person. This is the best hotel.
