The hotel is directly by the U-Bahn which goes straight to München Hauptbahnhof (Main Station). The room I received was great, comfortable bed and clean. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast which includes a selection of breads, lunch meat and salmon, a yoghurt and cereal bar, pastries, and warm breakfast foods like bacon, eggs, and the traditional Bavarian Weißwurst. The only part I was dissatisfied of was the checkin process. I arrived at 18:20 on a Thursday and there was only one person checking in and the complete process took over 20 minutes of waiting even though I am a platinum member which was completely ignored. Not sure why they have a separate check in for Status Members if they are not honouring it anyway.

They gave a me a room where cleaning service clearly forgot to clean the toilet of the restroom , which was in terryfing condition. Since the hotel was fully booked they could not change my room, and since the cleaning service was not available anymore (i did check in at 20.00 pm), the hotel literally did nothing. I didn’t evend get a discount and it was 206 euro for one night. I think this is the worst hotel i have ever been, an hostel would have been a way better choice, it’s better if I do not attach ANY photo to the following review.. no further comment

I was lucky enough that the room was ready early so I did not need to wait. The room was nice and airy with a lot of plugs that can be used to charge electrical devices. Choice at breakfast was vast and really tatsty
