Located to the RBWH well placed but the traffic noise not happy. I would place us to the rear of the motel next time.

Room had not been cleaned under the bed for possibly years, bathroom had a thick layer of dust over the vent, air con unit was covered in grime and dust when open to see filters - gross and unsanitary

I did not expect much as I am great believer in you get what you pay for. The only complaint I have is that when they did change bed linen bottom sheet was not changed. I know this as I had a cake stain on bottom sheet. Not a big deal for me as was staying by myself but when partner got out of hospital early chose to forfeit rest of stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
