I booked the hotel in the morning and had no email notification. The web site was unclear as to my booking being at the "budget" hotel. When we arrived atthe station very tired we entered the Ibis opposite the station being unaware there are two Ibis opposite the station. The clerk said there was no reservation so we assumed my booking had not gone through so I paid over 100 euro for a room. Two days later I found that another Ibis payment had been taken from my account. Had I recieved a conformation email when I booked, I would have shown it to the clerk at the hotel, problem solved. She would have told me of the other hotel. I am so discusted with Ibis I will not use it again and I will tell all of my contact to be very careful in the future.

Well located hotel but nothing more...a bottle of water were a good commercial sign...it's the case in every asian hotel
