Well located, dangerous bathroom floor

We stayed in an accessible triple room. During and after a shower the bathroom floor was dangerously slippy and one of us slipped as soon as she stepped in the room. There is a small sign at the side of the sink that states that the bathroom may be slippery when wet, however this is not immediately noticeable and not much use in a wetroom. There wasn’t even a mat to reduce slippage.

Hotel staff friendly on arrival although slight confusion over our booking as were unable to locate initially despite having reference numbers . This was sorted quickly by front desk manager . Rooms clean satisfied our need . Bar was good .
