Breakfast was ok, service at the reception also ok. Beds poor. And there was a fire alarm in the night where it was lacking proper response from the hotel personnel.

Dear Sir, I thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the alarm. A customer smoked at night and it was too late. Our night team did their best but once the alarm goes off we have to wait 5 minutes. I hope the rest of your stay went well. Kind regards. Charlotte Manager

Location is good and close to M4 line. It took just 15-20 mins to get city center via metro.

If you just come to sleep in room then it’s good choice. But no you say, i spend some time in room then double think. Room is so small and bathroom as well you can barely turn around.

Four bed room for our family was perfect. Location was easy to find from the metro. It was good to be able to check-in late too.

I booked a hotel on Accor website so by default I expect a separate bathroom in the room, but this is not the case. Could you please make it very BOLD AND CLEAR that the bathroom is shared? This is of course a decisive factor when booking. Thanks!
