Everything was good. Only issue was the hoy in the Room. The staff told me there were not solution only to use a fan… bed very hot

The hotel is in a good location. On entrance you are greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. It also smells lovely in there! The rooms are large and clean and we had no problems at all. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come stay again.

For a hotel in a large centre this hotel had terrible front desk staff. The girl working the desk was too busy looking at her lap top to even acknowledge our arrival. The room was adequate. Water temperature too cold and inadequate flow. Not what I expected for a hotel in London
