As per usual, very comfortable room as was upgraded. Centrally situated and within walking distance of center. Staf very friendly and efficient.

I used to love this hotel, i would stay, 20,30 nights a year, (platinum club) I had conferences of up to 20 people at this hotel for my company, but lost the love for the place due to some staff in general. Some staff are Great! Others, I feel, look down on you when you ask for basic support I.e I went out to buy some great food in chinatown and asked for some cutlery and you get "go over there and get some paper plates etc when previously some nice staff have given some bowls and cutlery to use". I never like writing reviews like this, but it's an honest reason for why my usage of this hotel has gone from 20-30 nights with conferences a year to, 2-5 nights a year.

impressed with the room (especially the seperate toiler/shower areas), however could not get the air-con to work so the room was far too hot for us. Fortunately we were able to open the window which made sleeping a bit easier
