Loved the central location for all the Barossa has to offer ,central but extremely peaceful and relaxing. Hotel facilities and rooms were perfect for us.

Overall it was a great experience , the main reason for our stay was for an 80th birthday. The staff were so friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make us feel special. The dining experience was perfect, hotel spotless and reasonable priced.

Good but disappointed with noise. In lower floor unit and heard above floor unit people walkimg and doors sliding. Would not stay in lower unit again

We travelling down to the Barossa from Melbourne for the weekend with two other couples. A majority of the experience was poor, in particular the Restaurent. Having travelled 8 hours by car to get there we arrive at 830pm, called in advance so we can have a meal at the restaurent. The Reception staff were amazing and then only to be rudely shut down by the restaurent manager Sarah saying we cant and need to order room service. When we inquired if we could have a drink her answer was more towards we may close the bar anytime now. Its 830pm! Appeared like she just wanted to get out of there and had no intention to serve any customers. There was however a lovely young lady Hannah at the restaurent who did most of the heavy lifting by the looks of it, whilst the manager appeared to be disengaged. The second night, we come in again at 730pm for dinner and half the menu isnt available. No potatos, pasta, beef. I mean what sort of a resort are you guys running? This is a Saturday night! Overall, subpar service and will not return.
