While our room was small it was more than adequate for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and, for me, the soft pillow was good. My husband would have liked a firmer one but that is to individual taste. What most impressed us was how spotlessly clean the bedding, room and bathroom were. Reception staff were lovely and so helpful when I needed a hair dryer that isn't provided in the bathroom. The added bonus for us was being able to use the bar and dining room of the Novotel next door.

Clearly understaffed - Another Hôtel of a big chain, happy to make money and working out their staff at maximum. Clean, nice sheets, no dust, yet the signs of low maintenance during many years of the bathroom and outside window
