Rooms are a little small but are clean and comfortable even if the mattress was a little hard for our liking. Excellent central location close to rue messina and the promenade and near to both tram lines. Staff are pleasant. One criticism is that the breakfast is not worth the €20 per person - plenty of places nearby that serve breakfast.

The hotel is slightly quirky in decor but is lovely and ideally placed. It is next to a pedestrian area, close to the promenade and the tram, convenient for the train station. All levels of staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold selection.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the room was good. The hotel is ideally placed for Promenade des Anglais, old town and restaurants. We had a terrace but the chairs were uncomfortable as you had to almost lie down to relax in them.
