We booked a suite room; it had a huge balcony with clear ocean view. The room were very large, was almost like a serviced apartment. The beach is across the street. The property has lots to do i tried kick boxing for 3 days during my stay, friendly trainers. They have few bars only reason to give 4 rating overall is that the bars are very average. Lot of improvement could be done. 4-5 vegetarian breakfast options were a major positive. SPA was good. It's a large property with 3 pools medium size. Some pool games can also be played. Overall, a very clean property. i liked the morning runs on the beach, kick boxing sessions in afternoon, beers early evening. All with lovely view of the beach and lively evening options within 3 - 5 minutes' walk from the property.

Our stay at novatel was a special and memorable experience for my whole family, made possible by the devotion of the entire novatel team, whom went above and beyond at any and every chance to ensure our stay was exceeding all expections and everything we could possibly dream of made possible. Big room, plenty of space .Room well cleaned every day.The cleaning staff even organised my partners make up on the table. Good food for breakfast. The pool is amazing. Perfect location, right across streets is the beach. 7 eleven shop at 2 minutes by walk. Perfect view from the balcony.

Great service ! Amazing location, free shuttles to the mall, very good breakfast, and very good and clean rooms. Very convenient for a family of 4 - we stayed here for 4 nights and loved it ! Miss Film at reception was extremely helpful and courteous

The hotel was so great with nice pool facilities. All the staffs are friendly and and totally in a great location. The only wrong thing is hotel seems have policy for pushing the guests to leave 5 stars review, and they even have a template for you to write. This is absolutely not appropriate.
