We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We were very disappointed with the restaurant but maybe we were unlucky to have been there at the same time as 50 or 60 cyclists. The dinner wasn’t good.

Lovely hotel and great location. Just 2 points. Firstly in main reception area seating, tables need to be cleared of glasses and coffee cups a lot quicker. We had a drink from the bar at a table, went out for a walk, came back an hour later and our glasses were still on the table where we sat. Secondly the TV's in the rooms should have more channels accessible for foreign customers.

Great location just next to the Old Town and the castle. The hotel isn’t great but very good with a comfortable beds, good restaurants that serves wonderful steaks. Breakfast extremely limited but tasty. Having very cold red wine for a dinner in France is strange ……

We had a 2 night stay on our way from Bergerac to Nice. Unfortunately the weather was terrible but the staff, service and food at the hotel made what was otherwise a washout very enjoyable. Staff are very friendly, rooms comfortable and hotel very clean x

As hotel guest you don't want to meet filthy dogs in the corridor or be woken up in the morning to dogs barking, spoilt my whole stay.

Good morning, We are sorry that coming across a “filthy dog” in the corridors spoiled your stay and prevented you from enjoying the setting, our friendly welcome, the garden and the atmosphere of the hotel. What a pity. For information, we are not “Farmyard” but Pet friendly, as mentioned on our website and at the door of the hotel. We are also at your entire disposal 24/7 in the event of noise pollution. A simple phone call to reception desk is enough to resolve the problem.
