Booked this hotel for the swimming pool, once arrived and fully dressed for the pool, the receptionist informed us we were not allowed to swim (reason unclear). Furthermore the airco was working very poorly. Restaurant was very nice and also parking was arranged well.

It is a great disappointment for us to read that your experience was unfortunately not up to standard. The swimming pool is in fact closed at the moment, it only open during the summer period when the temperatures allow it. This is indicated on the booking websites. The same applies to the air conditioners, which are activated when outside temperatures are higher, otherwise guests feel cold at night. We hope that despite your disappointment, you will give us a second chance to prove to you our commitment and professionalism, so that we can offer you a stay worthy of our establishment. A short walk to my company facility in France makes this an ideal hotel for my business visits to the site. Accommodation was reasonable. Breakfast was quite nice. And dinner menu was good as well. Overall, very pleasant stay. Only thing worth noting - outdoor pool was under construction, and very small fitness room. Also, my only objection was that I flew in from the US on an evening flight and got to the hotel at around 11am, and while I know the check in time wasn't till 2, it would have been nice to be able to check in early ... if the room was available.

It was comfortable, but not a 10, since I found out once I was back home that I was charged for 2 nights instead of one. The mistake was quickly corrected, but this should not happen.
