Mam Asma has been very kind & efficient in her job. We would have changed our stay but her efforts made us stay in here. Really appreciate her love & concern for the guests. Would certainly love to visit this property to meet this kind lady again!! Thank you!

Everything was good & perfect we enjoyed alot & personal behavior was great specially mrs ghazal & mr el sayed location & quality of pool & GYM were really really fine , it was near dubai mall and it made it easy to go there without taxi or paying extra transport paynent

Not good if you cant stay the sound of street at night

We went here with our sons and stay in 2 bedroom’s apartment. The worst thing about here was that the windows are not soundproof at all and in the nights it’s like you are sleeping in the street! And also there is this smell of something like bleach or whatever that is so annoying and its always is in the hallway. The pool was good and breakfast was okey. Also the apartment was clean but it doesn’t feel like a five star hotels room

This is a great hotel choice and just across Dubai Mall. Excellent staff in the serviced apartments and their outlets. We really enjoyed our stay here and will choose this property again. Shout out to the staff of the apartments including Suresh, Ritah, Edrick and Roxy at the activities desk. We always got excellent service in the morning at Pergola from Dasisha, Dewi, Laine and Ye. Special mention to all the staff at Fujiya and Double Decker. You can see management emphasis on hospitality. Highly Recommended!

I had an exceptional stay at **Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai**. The location is a dream for anyone wanting to experience the heart of Dubai, as it’s directly across from the **Dubai Mall** and the iconic **Burj Khalifa**. This meant I could easily explore the best attractions, dine at world-class restaurants, and even enjoy a leisurely stroll around **Downtown Dubai**. The proximity to the **Dubai Metro** made getting around effortless as well. The room was luxurious, spacious, and well-appointed, with modern décor and high-quality amenities. From the plush bed to the sleek bathroom, everything was designed with comfort in mind. The room had thoughtful touches like blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep, a minibar, and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring the room was spotless every day. The hotel’s pool area was one of the standout features. It’s a lush, resort-style setup, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The poolside bar offered refreshing drinks and snacks, and there were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. I also took advantage of the gym, which was equipped with all the essentials for a good workout, including weights and cardio machines. Dining at **Swissôtel Al Murooj** was a treat. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring a delicious selection of both international and local dishes. Everything was fresh, and the staff were always attentive, ensuring a great start to the day. I also enjoyed dinner at **Pergolas**, one of the hotel’s restaurants, which offered a variety of cuisines and excellent service. The hotel staff were warm and professional throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The concierge team was particularly helpful, offering recommendations for nearby attractions and arranging bookings for tours and restaurants, making my stay hassle-free. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, **Swissôtel Al Murooj** is the perfect choice. It offers a combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience that’s hard to beat. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here!
