Very old furniture, main area smells like off milk. Poor customer service, pressured to leave the room when asked for late check out.

First time staying at Peppers Beacon. Great location and view from our apartment. We had a few minor issues that were rectified quickly. Only issue is the size of the 'drying room' that I would have expected to be larger in a ski region.

Well located and well equipped accommodation

This was a family holiday to Queenstown. Having stayed at Peppers in 2013 we knew the accommodation would be comfortable and great location. Though I was surprised by the mould in the tiles in the bathroom and also around the jets In the spa bath. This was the only disappointment which with a bit of elbow grease can be cleaned up for future guests

Warm, spacious and very convenient, all with amazing views

The room was spacious and the fire was a great addition. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well replenished with soap ect each day. The only let down was the smell that came from both bathrooms drains. It was very awful and detracted from the stay. The outside tiles have all lifted many things are missing or fallen off, and general upkeep really needs attention as the accomodation could be so much better
