Great service, amazing, friendly staff who would go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Special mention to Lale, Elmira. Ali yildirim, Ugurcan, Ali Nuri bilge. Breakfast was amazing, front office is amazing. I am very happy with this staff, good atmosphere. I will back again

The breakfast staff were really good. Great service thank you Ebru, Sevket and Serkan! They were very helpful and had good social skills. Thank you for the Turkish hospitality. The spa staff was great too. Had the Turkish hammam and the therapist and the young lady Bahar were exceptional

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right next to amazing shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, providing ultimate comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a vast selection of delicious options with a stunning view over the Golden Horn, special mention to Lale who was very attentive every day. Highly recommended for both leisure and shopping enthusiasts!
