Dear Natasha, We appreciate for taking time and writing the review, its so important for us and helps to improve the service. As your reservation made by Booking.com and Non-refundable rate, normally there is no options to do any changes (date, price, cancel), but as an exception we confirmed the change date. We are sorry for late responses to messages which were received out of working hours of reservation office. Thanks for noting room space and cleanliness, our team try to do their best and upgraded your room to Superior suite. I will share the review with our housekeeping team. There is tea, coffee, water with cups, glasses and disposable teaspoons in kitchenettes, other cutlery our guests can requests 24/7 by calling reception or restaurant. Open buffet breakfast included unlimited tea, filter coffee, juices from machine. Other types of coffee our guests can order by menu. We're thrilled to hear that our staff made a good impression on you with their friendly and attentive service. Your kind words will be shared with the team as a testament to their hard work Kind regards, Elvina
