Dear Binghuan L., Thank you for taking the time to provide your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the hotel, as well as the coffee machine in your room, the extra bed, and our convenient location. It's also wonderful to know that you appreciated the view from our rooftop restaurant and the friendliness of some of our staff. We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We are sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell from the sink in room 550 and the noisy air conditioner. Please be assured that we have notified our maintenance team to address these concerns immediately to ensure they are resolved. Regarding your comments on the breakfast options, we appreciate your insights.
