I definitely recommend this amazing place to have your breakfast by looking through the magnifique scene. Staff, scene, quality of products and are all nice. People are all smiling and helpful. Don’t forget to fancy a cup of coffee after your breakfast 🌺

1，发了邮件不回复！我说了要安静点的房间，根本忽视邮件，安排路边房间，非常吵。 2，入住的时候已经问了我是不是第一次入住，我说是，但是依然没有任何介绍，铂金卡会员有啥福利，或者楼层介绍没有，而且房间里面也没有碰到文字介绍酒店的情况。3，美景阁在中国境内还算比较高端的品牌，但是这家不是，这家标记上只是4星，确实也就只有差不多4星的标准，前台比较小，房间还行。4，位置不错，门口就有公交车站，离地铁站也不远，离塔克西姆广场和新皇宫走路都很近，员工也算标准服务

Close to Taksim Square. Easy access to airport bus and metro. High standard property. Clean everywhere. Comfortable rooms. Exceptional friendly housekeeping. Small local shops/restaurant/supermarket in the local area. Safe deposit box i rooms.

Well located stylish hotel with impeccable service staff made my stay in Istanbul more memorable. Ergin, Cengis, Ilayda, Aziz , Berk , Deniz were so helpful during our stay . F&B team under executive chef Sabri Canberk was well curated cullinarian especially chef Yigithan . I must mention the honesty of steward Ali bringing back my thrown envelope thinking it was an empty envelope with Euros in it 👏👏🙏🏻🙏🏻 Overall a fantastic performance by the staff and the ownership 👏👏👏👏

The stay was averagely ok. Rooms very dated with malfunctioned broken showers and even after requesting twice no action was taken by anyone. Most of the staff were pleasant, friendly and courteous barring the experience we had with Aziz and Ilayda at the Front Desk who were outrageously rude and unkind. Having stayed and travelled globally till date had not come across anyone especially from a hotel service background so rude. Smallest of the requests were flatly denied and refused by these two people. We had two rooms between four guests and Ilayda blocked access to one of our rooms stating that one guest had left earlier in the morning even though we were still using that room!! After much pleading she finally gave access to the room!! Nothing short of being disrespected. The attitude of both of them was close to being racists to say the least!! Never again staying or recommending this hotel.
