Highly recommended for deep tissue massage and backache massage Mrs. NILUFER the massage therapist. Thank to her and thanks to Mr. Asep the receptionist for being very helpful. Spa also is recommended from Sauna, Steam, and pool. Give it a try you will never regret it.

Great location but doesn’t meet the luxury hotel such the Sofitel

Great location close to public transport. Service is rather correct. Very disappointed not to find a luxury restaurant inside the hotel . Unpleasant breakfast room. Morever, very big noise until late in the night coming from a night club! I would not recommand this hotel

Perfect staff clean hotel and excellent service also location i recomed this hotel to my friends the facilities they have covered all my requirements the vew to poshore is amazing the restaurant saltfish are very friendly also the respiration staff as well

The warmth of the staff makes this hotel and the stay extraordinarily beautiful.

Our highlight were the staff at the breakfast place Level B1 besides the excellent spread, wide selection of cheese and a super helpful servers. The most outstanding experience was Mr. Muzaffer, our 4th floor housekeeper…he was warm, diligent, hospitable and a beautiful welcome smile. My 8 year old would wait for him to learn a few Turkish word from him. He made our stay very special. Thank you!

I stayed at the Sofitel Istanbul Taksim during my trip. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many attractions. The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of both local and international dishes. One staff member, Cho Cho, was especially helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
