有十分好的中文服务和体贴的酒店其他服务，景色很美，地址便利。酒店很NICE的让我们上午七点入住，对飞行后很疲惫的我们来说简直是如同家人般的感受。

星級酒店服務感覺不到星級水平，客房服務頻繁，晚餐waiter嚴重不足，等待時間很久，無人處理。蜜月訂花房間服務不及時

从入住到退房，一切那么令人满意。特别是眺望海峡房间，享受着日出海峡美景和夜晚海峡的璀璨灯光，还有服务员贴心的服务。 唯一有点遗憾的是自助晚餐如果点酒，服务生到的只有一酒杯底，离标准要少一半。
