工作人员服务态度是很好的。但是装修和持续不断的声音很烦人并且无法休息。我认为每晚近1000美金的酒店不应该如此。

酒店非常豪华，虽然是十几年前装修的酒店，但酒店的家具和装饰用料非常讲究，保养也特别好。因预订时是一人的房价，酒店给我们免除二人入住的差价，并升级到高层房，城景一览无余，因伊斯坦布尔近一直雨不停，只能享受酒店的奢华体验，客房主管时不时来房间问候，增加瓶装水的用量，谢谢酒店服务团队的优质服务。酒店旁是多尔马巴赫切宫，周边一公里之外都是景点，去博斯普鲁斯海峡及塔克西姆广场非常方便。下次来伊斯坦布尔还会继续入住贵酒店，同时也会介绍给朋友们来伊斯坦布尔入住贵酒店。 收
