住宿第一天警報聲莫名大響，另外對外落地窗故障不能上鎖，吹風機無法使用，這些都表示在客戶退房之後都沒有做檢整是否房間有什麼問題。再再都顯示貴飯店的住宿品質有待加強。

有接駁車很方便、飯店內望出去景觀很好、泳池很大很漂亮，可惜滑水道只開一個、房間很大陽台有曬衣架曬衣服很方便、嬰兒床我寫信諮詢時飯店人員回信報給我的長度比實際看到的小，小孩根本睡不了，擺了佔空間，最後只好一起擠一張大床，有點可惜

Kind and nice staffs they support so many things for us. Good facilities especially wonderful swimming pool. Me and partner have great memories during my holiday. I really love to stay this resort. 入住第一天就發現陽台的冷氣壓縮機轟隆巨響，雖然有氣密窗但到了晚上那冷氣壓縮機運轉依舊影響到睡眠品質，已有反應但未處理，心想就住兩晚忍耐一下就過去了，再來外出遊玩回來酒店時衛生打掃不夠落實，已使用過杯具、桌面上水漬、污垢未清洗或更換，仔細看才發現這是4星級酒店的嚴重問題
