Dear Li B., Warm Greetings from La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery! Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We're sorry the noise from your neighbor upstairs disturbed your sleep, both when you arrived and again the next morning. This isn't something we can control directly, but it's exactly the kind of thing we can step in on if we know it's happening, please do flag it to our team in the moment next time, even at night, and someone will go speak with the room above right away. We're also sorry the breakfast area felt warm. Because we're right on the beach, our sea view tables can get a bit hot in the tropical sun — if that happens, just ask our team for a standing fan, or we can seat you at one of our garden view tables instead, which tend to be cooler and more shaded. On the afternoon tea — this is complimentary on Wednesdays and Sundays only, and isn't linked to check-in time or date. We'd genuinely like to know where you got the impression it would be given the next day, so we can clear up that message and make sure future guests aren't left disappointed the same way. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you the stay we know we're capable of. Warmest regards, Shamir Gubot Espera Director Of Guest Relations La Veranda Team
