其他都很好，硬件设施的唯一缺点是浴室干湿分离做的不好，洗完澡很容易弄到外面的地上都是水。

酒店入口到大堂非常遠，但是接駁車一個小時才有一班，並且到晚上六點之後就停止服務導致我每天晚上都要走很長的一段路才回到酒店大堂

Whilst our buggy service is primarily intended to operate within the resort area, mainly transporting guests between villas and hotel facilities such as restaurants, the pool, and the beach, we do understand that some guests may wish to use the buggy to reach the main gate in order to access local restaurants, public transport, or services outside the resort. Therefore, the buggy service to the main gate is considered an additional service and operates on a fixed schedule. This schedule has been established to ensure smooth operation and fairness for all our in-house guests, allowing us to manage buggy availability efficiently while maintaining service quality throughout the resort. Feedback like yours helps us understand more about guests' expectation and we will certainly take your suggestion into consideration as we continue to look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
