We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our overall environment, facilities, service, and the variety offered at breakfast. At the same time, we sincerely regret that the check-in process and our transportation schedule did not fully meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been for the delayed check-in to affect your travel plans, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We also appreciate your comments regarding our shuttle service. Our current schedule is designed to provide guests with convenient access to key attractions around the island while balancing operational capacity and demand.
