整个房间的卫生一般，洗手池有黄色污垢，厕所有不明毛发，花洒的固定架已经完全松掉无法固定且花洒底部漏水，体验很差。房间潮湿味很重，放了除湿机可以改善，那就应该在入住前就使用除湿机先把味道去除，本来想将就住着，鼻炎患者实在忍受不了问了保洁员才知道有除湿机

Regarding the damp smell in the room, as Phu Quoc is a tropical island, humidity levels can occasionally be experienced, particularly during certain weather conditions. That said, we fully understand how this can impact comfort, especially for guests with sensitivities. We always encourage guests to contact our team during their stay so we can promptly assist with any concerns and enhance comfort wherever possible. Please note that dehumidifiers are available upon request, and our team would have been more than happy to arrange one for you earlier to help improve the room environment. We are sorry that this was not effectively communicated or provided at the right time during your stay. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve both our facilities and service responsiveness. 2210房间的空调有很大问题，修了还是不凉，屋里保持在23-24度，降不下来
