Amazing hotel & amazing experience. This hotel is beautiful, the staff are so attentive. They work so hard to make your staff special. The Al a cartes were so nice it’s a shame you can only visit them once as there is so much food in the buffet you wouldn’t believe but nothing to make an actual meal that my family would eat. The roller skate staff and the camera guy were brilliant so friendly. The entire hotel from inside to the outside is breath taking. As we were a group of 5 it was hard to book the Al a cartes but our WhatsApp assistants Olesea and Zhypar helped us with this, they were great and always on hand if we needed anything. The drinks and ice creams were great. The Godiva cafe was lovely too although the staff in there are not as friendly as the rest of the resort. We had cakes treats wine and champagne left in our rooms as it was our anniversary thought this was a lovely touch. Thank you. Only things I could say about that need improvement are the shops in the French street. I’ve never been followed round the store like I’m a criminal before, if I can afford Rixos I’m not going to go into a little shop and steal am I. I also feel that the hotel needs to reign in the prices they charge in there, £7 for a pair of tweezers if you look on the Facebook Rixos page you will see lots of bad comments about this. I feel like the pool area could do with some kind of bbq & music. Our room had very noisy aircon and didn’t seem to work as well as our sons room, the tv also didn’t work we didn’t complain though as we didn’t spend enough time in the room for it to be an issue. I would probably go for a better room if I visit again, the deluxe garden rooms seem basic compared to other rooms in the hotel. Thank you for an amazing week.

Review of Stand-Up Paddleboarding at Exsclusıve sports academy - Rixos Premium Belek I had a fantastic experience stand-up paddleboarding at the Rixos Hotel! The instructor Kaan Barlas was highly professional and made the session a lot of fun. His enthusiasm and expertise made it easy to learn and enjoy. The beautiful location and calm waters added to the experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a great time on the water!

We are staying at Land of Legends hotel And visited Rixos Hotel for the day. Wow - absolutely stunning hotel, pool, kids club, beach and all of the hotel complex was just stunning. If we visit Turkey again, we will definitely check this hotel out when booking. Lunch was also really delicious.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. All staff have been great and always willing to help from the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay. Can’t wait to come back. Special mention to Gelareh the young lady in the Beach Bar always a friendly face.

We had a nice time, we were informed every day about the events and the entire program, food and drink in abundance, and at the end of it all, we still had our peace, which is why we came to rest and enjoy. We are in your hotel for the first time, but not the last, because we really liked it
