We had the pleasure of being served by Adil Akpinar on our first day at Rixos Downtown Hotel, and he was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met him, Adil’s warm and welcoming personality stood out. He greeted us by name every time and genuinely made us feel special. Adil’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched. He checked in regularly to ensure everything was to our liking and went out of his way to fulfill any requests we had. His kindness and professionalism elevated our entire experience. Rixos Downtown is lucky to have someone like Adil on their team. He’s a shining example of excellent service, and we’re so grateful to have had him take care of us!

This is our first time in rixos Antalya and it’s amazing the waiter name Adil was exceptional and his service was good he went beyond to make sure me and my wife are enjoying our stay. Thank you Adil we will definitely come back to rixos downtown Antalya

A good, small hotel, perfect for trips of 3-5 days. I’d like to highlight the friendly staff who are ready to accommodate any requests. The cuisine is varied, although it falls a bit short compared to some premium-class hotels in terms of variety. Maria at reception is a wonderful young lady!

What a great experience so far, absolutely faultless .Had an issue with Air Con. Went to the front desk, and they explained it was set to a minimum temperature as it is now winter. Which I understand was then told a fan would be delivered to room whilst we were dining. A brand new fan was waiting for us back in our room. The food and service are top class. Every member of staff is a credit to this hotel Steve

We came here for a little break away before the Christmas season sets in. The rooms are absolutely fine, bed is a little firm for my liking but that’s just me. The coffee is awesome at the pool bar - Starbucks served. Really nice lady who serves those. The food is really good, great selection and covers all tastes. The real star of the show is the dining on an evening, Adil made us feel welcome every night. He’s such a happy and smiley guy, there’s nothing he would not do. Try to find him on an evening and he will make you feel welcomed! Thank you 🙂
