There is really nothing to complain about our experiences in the Rixos club prive. My family stayed here the 4th time now, and it was my first time. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical if it is really as great as how they described it, but to be fair it was even better. Beginning Ozan and Filiz but also all the other staff everyone is super helpful and just lovely. I can only highly recommend a holiday here.

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 3, 8 and 10) have just finished a 10 night stay in one of the beautiful 3 bedroom villas in the club prive section of Rixos premium belek. Our stay was PURE LUXURY from the moment we landed and were collected by a private car from the airplan steps! Our bags were collected for us and we were transported to our villa door. Our assistants Ozan and Filiz were amazing, helping us to arrange 24 hour room service, all inclusive laundry service (which was such a luxury with 3 young children!) and private fast track trips to land of legends - all done on WhatsApp which made everything so simple. The club prive guests get exclusive access to the club house and beach club restaurants and the service and food is next level. You are treated like royalty by the staff and the atmosphere is so peaceful and calm. In particular, I would like to thank Farzona (Fire) Melikova, Baris Jan and Zaat bey - they have made our holiday so special and work SO hard all day to provide guests with every thing they could ever want. Farzona needs to be promoted as she is the best - club prive is very lucky to have her working as part of their team. We cannot wait to come back next year and will recommend the club prive experience to all of our friends in England because of the beautiful service we have received. Thank you for making our dream holiday so perfect. 😍

Dear Rixos Family Just wanted to say a huge thank you again for our incredible stay at the villa. Although a hiccup at the start with several issues, we were eventually able to feel completely relaxed for the remainder of our stay. The villa itself was beautiful, but what really made the experience special was the service Ozan and the team gave us. Thank you for taking such great care of us – from the little details like remembering how we take our tea with hot milk and topping up the chocolates for the kids, to organizing everything so smoothly without us having to think twice. We stayed with our friends at the Prive Villa in Rixos in Belek. Normally, we would rent individual villas with this group of friends. Being in Rixos offers the opportunity to experience luxury. The heated pool is enjoyable and the garden is nice, I especially loved the lemon tree. ☺️ Food, beverage and service are of high quality. But I would like to make a recommendation. There needs to be a menu for drinks. Especially in cocktails, if you want to drink something you have drunk once, it will not be the same again. If you want to drink it at another bar, you cannot even describe what you want. The idea of you dreaming and we will do it is ok, but there should also be a standard. Still, it was unforgettable.
