Everything was perfect the babies enjoyed the stay and us as adults also only thing we we requested pink rooms but got blue the girls were a bit disappointed other than that it was a good stay

Such a lovely hotel, everything was accommodated to straight away, hotel was clean. Lots of fun no matter what you did, even on rainy days. Want to give a huge shoutout to halil, hes been very helpful our entire trip (give him a raise) haha. Thanks for having us will be back in summer for definite

Great for Kids

The hotel has everything that a child would need or expect. They have improved a lot in last three years. I would first of all say special thanks to Hazal who understood our requirements, providing the desired room . She went a step ahead and ensured the room has everything we need for any possible weather. Also Halil was very kind to help us a smooth checkout and provided us packed food as a courtesy knowing we have a long flight and have a baby with us. First and foremost is kids club which is now completely different. A lot of kind staff to take care and play with kids plus a separate places for babies as well where you can leave them and they can enjoy. The best thing is the transparent walls of the clubs and nursery that helps you keep an eye even when you are outside. We came here for couple of weeks and every day was extremely cheerful. Different entertainment on each day that kept the kids busy. Food options were also multiple I would thank Rixos for providing such a great kids hotel in Turkiye
