Outstanding service by Aini & Sanderthat. They took good care of us during our five days stay at the hotel. We had a unforgettable time in Siingapore because of our stay in the hotel. We surely will book again in Swissotel the Stamford for our next stay in Singapore.

Hotel is well located, many attractions are within walking distance, for example Clarkes quay, Merlion park and Singapore flyer. Views from the room and balcony are beautiful to the Marina bay and Merlion park. Our room was clean and quiet, beds very comfortable. Swimming pools are not so big, but there is enough space and sunbeds to relax.

Very heartily welcome, staff super friendly and assisting. Uncomplicated check-in. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall with plenty of food stores, supermarket and shops for luxurious and “normal” goods. Very good and clean breakfast buffet in 2 different restaurants. View from balcony on the marina bay is unparalleled both during day and night. Could not get enough of that view. Very good shared pool with Fairmont hotel, beautiful pool area with comfortable sunbeds, pavilions and free towels. Also very good (but expensive) pool bar. The very few improvement points would be: signage to find the gym ( gym is actually also good), entrance to bath tub should be easier (is not barrier free), maybe a floor-level shower would be better and normal double beds a bit small for 2 adults, queen size double beds much better. My highlight: personal support from Mr. Bryan! He was so friendly and supportive when I asked him to help me getting my e-sim for south east Asia going on my phone in order to have mobile data. It was a lot more complicated than I ever expected, but he really invested time and effort and managed to fix it. We could list so many positive examples of the staff support at the hotel, but Mr. Bryan’s support was unmatched. On our final day after checking out at 12 we could deposit our luggage at the reception AND use the pool area for the remaining day which was perfect as our flight was late in the evening.

Enjoyed the connecting rooms, the hotel, location, and the helpful staff. Enjoyed tea in TWG. Raffles City shopping right next door with multiple food options. Raffles Hotel and Long Bar across the street, for a Singapore Sling. Close to MRT station

They took a really good care of our stay, my little daughter was extremely happy with the bed decoration. Thanks a ton!

Great service, clean and comfort, easy to navigate to all attractions. Big pickup and drop-off zone Supportive staff Eco friendly amenities Great Marina Bay Sands view from the balcony, and all the popular places in Singapore. 2 Double beds suite 2 adults and 2 children under 8, a little small for my family with a 11 year old one.
