It was our first visit to Thailand and the hotel didn’t disappoint us the staff were amazing and the attention to details is what made it exceptional I want special thanks to Yasser who made the stay memorable, see you next summer for more adventures.

Beautiful and stylish hotel, very clean. Housekeeping by Juk and Kob was wonderful. We always had free water, coffee and tee. The pool is also great, breakfast could be better. The hotel also has a good gym. Parking is free. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Avista Grande Phuket Karon – MGallery for two weeks, and by the end of our stay, we had really gotten to know and appreciate the place. The rooms were very spacious, and our premier sea view room offered stunning views of the coastline. The covered balcony was a great feature, making it usable in all weather and an ideal spot to unwind. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the south of Karon with easy access to Kata Beach and just a 2-minute walk to Karon Beach. It’s convenient for getting around by taxi or a 20-minute walk to Karon roundabout for more local attractions. We found the breakfast selection to be diverse and satisfying, with something for everyone; the barrista coffee was good and a good start to the day too. The undercover parking was another convenient feature, making it easy to come and go during our stay. The staff were friendly and professional, always attentive to our needs. We had an issue with our room during the stay, but it was quickly and efficiently handled. The hotel more than made up for the inconvenience by providing us with generous gifts, which made us feel genuinely appreciated. One of the highlights for us was the gym, which we used almost daily. It was well-equipped and helped us stay on track and fight off the extra calories from all the great food. The large pool with a swim-up bar was a perfect spot to relax, and being under shade, it was usable throughout the day. We also enjoyed the roof top bar, which was a fantastic spot for sunset cocktails. The food at the hotel restaurant was reasonable, though we found that there are better dining options nearby offering a greater variety of local cuisine. While the review is based on the hotel and cost being prestige and not luxury, it met our expectations. Of course, we would expect more in terms of luxury and attention from other Accor brands like Banyan Tree or Sofitel, nonetheless, Avista Grande offers a high-quality, comfortable stay. Overall, Avista Grande is a great choice for a longer stay, with excellent amenities, a prime location, and fantastic service that made our two-week stay truly memorable.

Good hotel in Phukhet with lovely staff

I have been to Thailand before but this was my first time in Phukhet. I stayed at Avista Grande Phukhet Karon – MGallery for the first time and I did enjoy my stay overall. The hotel has large swimming pool with a sufficient number of sunbeds around the pool as well. There is a wide choice for breakfast so it is likely that you will find your preference from Thai, Chinese, fruit, breads, cereals, English breakfast, yoghurt, cakes/cookies and so forth… as you can see it is a long list. I had a massage which was okay but I must confess I have had better in Thailand. I ate supper at Portisino once and it has some good options on the menu. Tina who works on tours/excursions is helpful and is there is not capacity there is a guide from TUI who comes and you can join one of the tours which I did do on one occasion. It is personal choice but I would say the décor in the room is 4 star as oppose to 5 star. Mukda was friendly and helpful in the restaurant even with a mint in her mouth (Mukda will know what that means.) Sindee was proactive in contacting TUI for me when I wanted to do a particular tour and making the contact as well as other places where I bumped into her over the hotel. Kyler at reception was very kind as well. A shout out has to go to Julia who remembered my name and preferences and went above and beyond to be supportive during my stay.
