Dear Mr. Raphael, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness of the hotel— it’s wonderful to know that these aspects met your expectations. However, I sincerely apologize that our laundry service did not meet your expectations. One of the stained shirts unfortunately did not receive the treatment it needed to remove the stain completely. When the concern was raised, we promptly offered a discount on your laundry bill, but I understand that this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for.
