This is a fabulous resort. Niinew was very professional and looked after all our needs and was very helpful with advice on what to do locally. It’s very family friendly and the breakfast was amazing!! The location was great with only a short walk to the beach and Bangla walking street

Best hospitality...best hotel...miss Liam gave us the tour of the hotel and the facilities ..extremely satisfied...the location is perfect...my kids really enjoyed the pool especially the foam party for the kids excellent...........

We have been to Thailand 20time travelling all over, so it was about 8yrs since we stayed in Patong and we stayed here for 21 nights and I would definitely recommend this Hotel. It's situated in a perfect location and the Pool is just fab, there are plenty of sunbathing areas which get really good sun and shade which ever suits you. The breakfasts are great, there's everything from Cereal, curries, pasta, rice, salad and the egg station... you won't be stuck. Also we had dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The staff in the hotel are all fantastic right down to the Bell Boys who are great. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach, and the Shopping Malls and Bang La Road are just up the road too. If we ever come back to Patong then we will definitely stay here again. Had an amazing Stay at the Novotel Vintage Park

hotel was beyond wonderful! i stayed with a little family of 3 and all the staff were so nice and helpful! especially em, who bring us to our room, she was very cheerful while explaining every facilities at the property and even let us know about the ways to some destinations. room is huge and have a very nice view. love it lots. and breakfast are beautifully served! all the staffs deserves appreciations. shout out to all receptionists that helps about all our needs with big heart. as a first timer here in Phuket, i do feel so much welcomed. thank you for making our trip memorable!

One of the best hotel I have stayed in Thailand. The central location is a big advantage. The reception lobby team are ever smiling and always feel happy to serve the guests. The restaurant, gymnasium are very adequate. The large swimming pool is a big plus point. Overall, this hotel is exceptional.
