1.擅自进入房间，挪动客人行李并造成财物损失 2.在协商过程中让客人干等六个多小时，没有任何安抚措施，所有进展都是客人主动询问 3.当天协商好的解决方案在第二天客人退房赶飞机时推翻，没有信誉可言 4.酒店人员及经理态度非常差

工作人员都很热情友好，天气好的时间酒店日落风景很美丽，早餐很丰富。但是酒店房间有时候卫生做得不是很仔细，酒店特殊地理位置，对于班车的主动提醒工作没有到位。接驳车等待时间过长

1，酒店前台面对中国游客全程黑脸，我们坐在大厅那边，那边地面有水，我妈妈差点摔倒，和前台反映，连一句sorry都没有，只是说ok，然后半天也没人来处理掉这个水。2，送行李太慢，我们到酒店check in 快晚上12点，想着放下行李就出去吃饭，一直催行李，1个小时后才送到房间，中间催促了3次。3，我们入住的房间有壁虎，通知工作人员来处理一下，原本以为酒店工作人员有比较好的处理方法，比如抓出去。但是酒店人员当着我们的面把壁虎拍死了，地上都是壁虎的液体。体验感超差。
