I would like to give a special thank you to Butter Pong (Bellman Team), Pueng (Reception), Vishal (Breakfast Restaurant), and Digvijay (Assistant Reservation Manager) for making my 5th anniversary stay truly memorable. Although it was a short stay, the hospitality from everyone was exceptional, with a very warm and genuine welcome throughout. Upon check-in, Khun Pueng greeted us warmly and served a wonderful welcome drink, creating a great first impression. Butter and Pong kindly escorted us to the room and provided a clear and helpful explanation of the room and hotel facilities, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The room upgrade, beautiful anniversary decoration, and lovely cake were all thoughtful touches that made our celebration extra special. I also truly enjoyed breakfast, where Khun Vishal took excellent care of us and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Thank you once again to the entire team for the amazing hospitality and attention to detail. It was a memorable stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We recently wrapped up our first-ever visit to Phuket, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel we stayed at was lovely, and the staff in general were very kind and helpful. I particularly want to give a shout-out to two amazing employees: Faisal Kama and Ilyas. Both of them went above and beyond in terms of professionalism and hospitality. They truly made our stay special and are a big reason why I’d recommend this place to others. In short, if you’re visiting, definitely look out for Faisal and Ilyas—they’ll take great care of you!

Amazing experience! Room was good size for a family of 4, staff were very accommodating, lovely and professional. Goldi and Vishal went out of their way to assist and make us yummy snacks. Loved that the accommodation out of the main part of town- less busy and loud.

We were told we would be able to check in early if we paid a 25% room rate but when we got to to the resort they made us wait over 3 hours to check in, making us miss our island tour. Very unaccommodating hotel.
