We are sorry to hear that our breakfast selection did not fully suit your taste and that you found the access to the lobby less convenient during your stay. We're especially pleased to hear that our front desk team made such a positive impression from the moment you arrived — the welcome drinks, towels, and warm smiles are exactly the spirit we hope every guest feels. We'd also like to give a special mention to your comment about our young colleague at the front desk — his patience and sunny disposition sound like exactly the kind of service we're proud of, and we'll be sure to pass along your appreciation to the team so he can be personally recognized. We also appreciate you highlighting two areas for improvement: Transportation down the mountain: We completely understand the inconvenience of our hillside location, and we'll share your suggestion about a regular shuttle service with our management team for consideration. Room dampness during the rainy season: Thank you for flagging this. Please know we take this seriously, and we'll have our housekeeping and engineering teams look into additional solutions to keep rooms comfortable and dry during the monsoon months.
