酒店的阳台全是鸟屎，浴缸也不干净，厕所还反味明明是淡季，出去玩酒店的房间是空着的，说延迟退房也不同意，体验感很差，并且门外破破烂烂的

We are very concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues with the balcony, bathtub, and bathroom odor. This is not in line with our standards, and we have immediately informed our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for thorough inspection and corrective action. We also regret the inconvenience regarding the late check-out request and the disappointment with the dining service, especially the table being cleared before you had finished. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with the respective teams for improvement. 工作人员态度友善，乐于帮忙，一进入酒店大厅就进入度假模式，但很可惜只有时间体验房子附近的Adult Pool，没有时间使用到其他公共设施或活动（比如Main Pool、瑜伽、SPA）。 我们对早餐都相当满意，环境优美，食物选择也很多、很特别，让我们这两个从来酒店早餐的人都去享受了。 希望改善的有两部分，一个是check-in速度较慢，也可能当时人不少（大厅大概坐了一半的人）我们两人check-in等了有半个多小时，并且由于我的行程是自己订了第一天晚上，接下来两个晚上则是我朋友订的Group order，虽然用的都是我的名字并已在email中说明，但酒店似乎无法即使得知，还需要特别解释。 另一个问题则是房间本身。我认为和酒店价格相比，房间内的硬件设施过于老旧，有许多磨损的痕迹，且我们的房间（房号1009）和其他朋友的房间相比，实在太昏暗了，不仅仅是阳光被遮挡，房间内本身的灯光也比较昏暗，即使把灯全部开起来也不是很明亮。 此外，浴室灯光昏暗直接反映到卫生方面：淋浴间过于昏暗，装修又是深色系，导致有只死虫子一直没被发现和清理。这种会令地面、角落产生卫生死角的情况，应该从源头上改善。
