Great staff, excellent service, good rooms, in a very challenging location. The entire block around this hotel is under construction. In particular, it is very inconvenient to get to this hotel with a car!

Everything was exactly as we'd asked. This was a business trip to present our company to our clients. The staff were extremely efficient. Very flexible with their time for us. attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is one the one the best I've had in France ( we do these trips a lot). And bonus , the beds are very very comfortable. A big thank you you to Pullman Lyon team.

We had two rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite and it was just about perfect! Bath and shower immaculate, bed was huge and comfortable, and very clean.
