The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, from the cleaning crew to the "roaming" reception agents. The hotel did not have AC however because of an ordinance of the city of Paris and this was not communicated well. We called the reception about the AC in the room not working and were told to turn the AC "off and on again", which obviously didn't do anything. We were lucky to be able to open the windows as we were facing the courtyard so it was ok. We were told about the City's ordinance upon our checking out... Putting signs in rooms and letting all employees know about the situation is an easy fix. The baths could also use some handlebars to get out of the bathtubs. My mother is a senior and she had a hard time as the tubs are high up. Thank you for taking these notes under consideration.

It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by. There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.

Poor experience. Not worth the cost

1. Food especially breakfast was below avg. 2. Staff managing the guest entry was not courteous. On my 2nd day of visit as I forgot to carry wallet and asked her to chaege to the room she denied me the entry and asked (not requested) to get my wallet. I went to pullman paid much more and had my breakfast as I felt this was not the right way to treat your guests. 3. Rooms keys were getting deactivated again and again and after reaching the floor multiple times we had to come down to activate them. 4. House keeping was virtually absent. (Besides daily cleaning). I was told only after 10am house keeping works. 5. Room phone was totally not working
