The hotel had ants infestation that the staff are aware of. The ants got into our clothes and luggage. Did offer a room change but it sounded that the ants issue is all over the hotel and changing room will not resolve the issue. Lots of mosquitoes as well. Hotel should address these issues. Breakfast does not offer much varieties and changes. Anyone staying more than 2 nights will see the same food being rotating with minor changes only on soup and dimsum selection. It does not make me to look forward to breakfast knowing it will be the same food. The kitchen chef and team should be more creative and work towards providing a daily change to the menu rather than having 95% to be the same food daily. More hanging facilities/hooks when showering for clothes and towels would be good. Rubbish bins can improve with a bigger opening for easy use and size capacity to contain rubbish. Bathroom is awkward for non couples without doors and open bathroom. One needs to strip outside to get to the shower area - with the mirror at the entry way - does not offer much privacy for people who have to strip to get into the shower. Chambermaid came into the room to tidy up the room despite the do not disturb sign on and guests not wanting anyone into the room. Overall the cleanliness does not seem to be thorough. Maybe due to short staffing. Observed only 1 staff for so many rooms on the same level. Might be very taxing for just 1 person. Suggesting more staffing may help. Unable to watch the smart tv as it had reception problem to the wifi. Aircon was at times hot making it uncomfortable for guests. Should bring back the free shuttle for guests as that will add bonus points to your hotel. Overall good location and spacious room.

While this seems to be an one off incident with our rooms, please rest assured that we have raised these concerns with our partner pest control company to ensure this does not repeat for our valued future guests staying in the same rooms as yours. Your feedback regarding cleanliness and breakfast variety has been noted. We have discussed the matter internally and have decided to enhancing our breakfast offerings by adding few more international dishes. We appreciate your suggestions for improvements to room amenities and facilities, including better rubbish disposal options and increased bathroom privacy. Unfortunately, we would not be able to make structural changes into the rooms, although we understand that the design of the bathrooms with glass doors was not suitable for you. Regarding housekeeping, we apologize if there was any miscommunication or language barrier that affected your experience. We are reviewing our procedures to ensure clearer communication and better service delivery. The hotel provides google Chromecast on request for the smart TVs in order for our guest experience platforms like Netflix, Prime etc. With reference to the shuttle service, unfortunately we discontinued from the month of May, as due to low/no demands from our valued guest for several days. However, we shall review it again and shall bring back the service soon. We sincerely value your feedback as it helps us continually improve our services. We had a great stay at Novotel Chiangmai Nimman. The staff at the check in counter was friendly and professional. He prepared everything we requested - late checkout and welcome drink. The location is fairly good, walking distance to Maya and Nimman. Only one downside for us was the alley from the main road to the hotel was dark and dirty. We didn’t feel safe when walking at night.

From booking details: NKBSBSZB + NKJSCJHB There is an additional 1 night stay and is not entitled. and historical information on members that should be I confirmed on the reception page that this is a continuation of the original booking, right? The staff informed me that it was. I'm OK with continuing to take breaks. and thus I do not have additional Welcome Drink rights. And when checking the history, it was found that you had not continued the original Booking, but you had separated it into a new Booking. Why didn't I receive the right to the Welcome drink that I should have received from the new Booking?? In addition, this gives me a history of staying for 3 + 1 nights. Actually, it must be a long stay of 4 nights. I called the hotel to inquire and they informed me that the results were the same. In terms of points and night But in terms of Record Data, I think it is incorrect because I was not entitled to the welcome drink of the separate booking and I also had to reduce my stay history for 4 consecutive nights even though one day you might have You can keep records of top customers who stay 4 nights in a row. And I must have missed this part of the data because you split my data into 3 + 1. I don't know if you'll be responsible or if you'll be able to combine them into just one booking? I'm not asking for any additional points from you, I'm just asking for information that is correct and should be. thank you
