Great location, spacious apartment

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment (which was a 2 bed with interconnecting 1 bed. It was amazing, so spacious which is what we needed after a day on the mountain. The fire place was beautiful and it was so comforting and replaxing. Loved that we had a washing machine and dryer, allowed me to come back from holiday with clean clothes and to wash the ski gear each night. Service was excellent. We'll definitely be coming back

Terrible room and dirty bathroom

We booked a standard room online but were allocated a mobility room instead. Despite confirming the bedding configuration, there was no indication that we would not receive a standard room. When I raised this concern on Sunday, I was informed that the mobility room was what we were allocated. Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower curtain was moldy and stained, and the mobility seat was also stained with mold. Despite bringing these issues to attention on Sunday, no action was taken. On Monday at 9 am, I sent a formal email expressing my dissatisfaction. However, I did not receive a response until 8:30 pm, offering to move us to a different room. This late offer was inconvenient as we were already out for dinner. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and fell short of our expectations.

I have already sent a long message to multiple Peppers / Accor contacts about my disappointment in this trip. Very poorly maintained rooms, I’ve stayed here 5 times now in 2 years and they’ve always been average but this was just yuck
