Stayed 3 nights in June. Walkable to town, great bed, good amenities, very good breakfast, Staff all pleasant. Would stay again.

The room was dirty. It was very small, so small we could not open 2 bags at the same time. The towels were not changed or the bed made in 3 days. The tea towel in the draw had mould on it.

Please accept our sincere and heartfelt apologies for the obvious inconvenience caused during your stay. Clearly, we have fallen short to meet your stay experience and certainly is not our usual high standard we aim to deliver to our valued guests like yourself. We sincerely apologise for the service lapses you mention. Regarding servicing of Rooms, we provide housekeeping services for stays of 8 days or more and limited towel changes for stays above 3 days. For shorter stays of 3 days or less unfortunately room servicing is not provided. We try to be as open and transparent regarding this and we apologise that this impacted your overall stay experience. I have shared your comments with our Housekeeping Manager to also further understand where these lapses occurred. Clearly, we got it wrong this time round and we are sorry that your experience was affected. We hope that one day, you may allow us an opportunity to change your view of us and make amends for the disappointing experience you encountered as our aim is to deliver a great experience for our guests. We have no doubt that should you decide to return one day, we would be delighted to welcome you again and be able to properly showcase our beautiful piece of paradise to you again. Such a lovely resort with great service, however the pool bar needs to actually stock everything they have in the menu, especially the wine and it would be great for the snack menu to include some gluten free options. Our room was adequate but quite ran down and needs to be upgraded or just a few simple things fixed. Enjoyed our stay though and would come back.

Overall pretty good. But lack of lift, and meal service was disappointing

Your comments have been noted with thanks. Regrettably, we cannot offer a full-service restaurant on-site due to logistical constraints, limiting our service offerings. We believe our Pool Bar's food selection complements the casual atmosphere of poolside dining, but we understand your disappointment if you expected more substantial meal options. Regarding the lift, the property was constructed in the late '80s without lift access, a common practice in our region at that time. Installing a lift now is not financially feasible, and given the resort's Strata Title ownership, such an undertaking is unlikely to be approved by the owners due to the significant costs involved. We value your feedback immensely as it helps us identify and address issues that may have been missed.
