We loved the appartments upgrade, the view was sublime and makes us want to return. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Larrder, both were lovely. Special mention to the great staff, at reception, the Larder and the cleaners…all very helpful. We loved the pool, spa and steam room and the lovely outdoor spaces. The position is perfect, , so central to enjoy Lorne, without needing to drive. We couldn’t fault our stay , except that the TV’s are hard to connect to computers, but that is all . We hope to return again and enjoy what Mantra has to offer, which is a lot.

Nice view, helpful staff. Overall comfortable. One problem the lighting made it difficult to do makeup in preparation for family wedding

We had a last minute stay at Mantra for 1 night. Whilst The kitchen is well equipped, there are some concerns especially hygiene level in the bathroom. Floors are sticky, grout between bathtub and floor were molded. It’s a health hazard. We booked and paid for 2 adults and 1 child however we were only provided with 2x towels and no sofa bed for for our child. So we had a very uncomfortable stay in 1x queen bed. We did not want to make a fuss as it was only one night. But i feel for accor level, this is below standard.

I’m truly sorry to hear that your visit fell below the standard you expected — and that we aim to deliver. I’m concerned to learn about the hygiene issues you encountered in the bathroom. Sticky floors and mould in the grout are not acceptable, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have already passed this on to our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams so we can address it immediately, as guest safety and cleanliness are top priorities for us. I also apologise that your booking for two adults and one child was not properly prepared. You should have been provided with the correct number of towels and a sofa bed made up for your child. I understand how uncomfortable this must have made your stay, especially when you were expecting a seamless experience. While I appreciate that you chose not to raise these concerns during your stay, I genuinely wish we had been given the opportunity to make things right for you on the spot. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will be reviewing our processes to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know. Very bad experience. While the location is good, the rooms and air conditioning were extremely poor. We were unable to sleep comfortably, especially my son. The maintenance was unacceptable—there were bugs on the bed. I informed reception, but no action was taken. Due to these issues, I had to check out at 3:30 AM.

Couldn't secure an Oceanview Apartment but the Classic view we were allocated was fine. Bathroom had been re-furbished and had improved shower only layout (compared to the standard shower over tub configuration). Apartment was clean and bed was most comfortable. TV was same model as in all previous apartments we have stayed in but unlike the others didn't receive all channels (especially regional station 58). Staff (and in particular those in the Bar area) very friendly and helpful.
