Nice quiet room. Clean and comfortable. No issues with using the key box for our late check in. Good location and easy and safe to walk to the centre of the nice city of Landshut.

Nice and practical Ibis hotel with the usual good beds and nice decor and style. The 5 euro parking is nice, and adds to the practicality of this hotel. We previously often stayed in ibis hotels, but many of them have increased their rates a lot the latter years, but this hotel still seem to offer competitive and moderate rates. We will return.

Chose the hotel because of its location. Easy to find, very nice room. Good breakfast buffet. Loved the wall decor in my room (218). Only thing negative is that it is cashless, but for one night that was OK.

I arrived at the hotel at 23:30, the desk was closed. To do the check-in I had to call a number at the central. It seems my booking was not to be found and therefore it took me 1h and 10 call to finally get someone who could eventually help me do the check-in myself. They even had to make me setup my card to open the room finally. The main problem at this hotel is that there is only a number to call and the person over the phone literally has no clue. To improve the process there should at least be information how to proceed to do the check-in. Maybe a simple QR code on the entrance which would read the one from the check-in and open the small box where the card is supposed to be would be enough and simple.
