Staff was nice, first room I got the window latch was broken and smelled strongly of mold. Requested another room and the smell was still there

Our room was booked for three persons but only had 2 towels, two pillows and the side bed didn't have the blanket - which I wouldn't need in Amazonas if it wasn't for a message right under the air-conditioner control stating that the thermostat should be kept at 22C due to the outside humidity. There was no face towels at all, so we had to use the same towels for everything/everyone. Since it was only one night we didn't bother complaining, but it was a big let down. Pluses: friendly staff and great breakfast buffet.

had people entering my room!!!! TWICE!!!!

arrival at 2am from airport. we went to sleep and were awakened at 4 am by someone opening our door to come in! after i shouted, they left. so i got up and tied the door shut from the inside. then at 8am another person knocked and tried to open the door before i could get there bit i had tied it shut so they couldnt get in. then also at 8am there was cunstruction that sounded like it was right outside my door. We slept very little at were afraid of getting robbed TWICE!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience at your hotel!
