Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Great location - walking distance to lots of attractions. The staff could not be more helpful. Good breakfast - with option to have it in your room if you like. Small in room dining options but the pizza was very good. The hotel is starting to get a small bit tired - carpets etc. But I couldn't really fault it on that. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Clean rooms, but I got one with semi window on the level of floor. Breakfast was good, but I had to point out to serving persons that breads which were ready for individually cut, were not covered with serviettes, meaning that guests should hold loaves with bare hands... Due to some administrative error, I was harassed the whole day long: I booked two days stay three weeks in advance and from the morning of the second day stay I was warned that I should leave, then I clarified everything at the reception, but in spite of that a person knocked at my door telling me that I had to leave the room by 12, etc., etc. Five persons were wasting their time, because of one mistake.

I made reservation to Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson because pets were allowed. I also paid 15 EUR extra of one small dog. When we went to hotel officer said that they do not have room to us because we have a dog with us. I showed my reservation form phone APP and them officer said that she need time to solve it. Finally we got room but it was in first floor and was very noisy. I asked about parking and she said that Novotel client can use Indigo parking during visit. She clearly said " first drive to Indigo parking and when you are leaving you must first paid parking and then you can get back difference between Indigo price and Novotel price. So I did it. But I didn't get any money back because normal procedure is to pay parking to Novotel desk. Breakfast was something I haven't noticed before. For example coffee americano was like clear water and only way to get good coffee was order it from bar and of course pay it. I will never use this hotel again.

As usual... the perfect location.
