What a wonderful experience and the team is amazing! I felt like I was part of the hotel family and no request I had was a problem or any effort to be overcome! The food caters for all nationalities and the bar on the top level is exactly what you need after exploring Bangkok .

First time staying at So/ Bangkok, and we were very well looked after at check in. Funky interior design, comfy bed, sensational a/c (important in the Thai humidity), awesome breakfast, and very relaxing pool area. Only criticism is the glass could do with a clean to improve the views when you're in the pool. The staff have a very friendly and helpful attitude and the location is close to a massive park and the metro/train. The rooftop bar was OK - great views but cocktail mixing was a bit hit/miss.

The night spent in SO/ Bangkok was ok. The services were good. We stay for a night. We had dinner at RED OVEN and Party at the rooftop bar. All the staff are very friendly especially at the RED OVEN. I may not like the room that we got. It was an average experience which I do not feel worth the value we paid. The bed was comfortable but we didn't right the room color, floor and bathroom setup. Overall experience wasn't so comfortable as expected. After the party night, we quickly check-out early in the morning and decided to rest at our home instead.

S/O may a good place to hangout and party with friend, also can chill if your go by yourself. A nice place, nice people

Keng is very very nice, must see him when get here. The first time me come here after many times go to Bangkok, me and my friend feel very comfortable and friendly to have him around. Next time we will come back S/O bar just to see him and have a good memory one more time.

First of all, thank you SO much for making my birthday more memorable this year. Everything was seamless from reservation to check-out, and everything met my expectations. However, I do have some feedback that I would like to bring to your attention: I visited the rooftop bar, Hi-So, and felt that the atmosphere wasn’t quite “Hi-So.” It seemed to be disturbed by the nearby club or pub (The Cassette), which completely ruined the vibe as the music was way too loud. Additionally, most of the guests there made the restroom dirty, making it unusable for me. I had to go back to my room on the 16th floor instead of using the restroom on the rooftop (29th floor). It seemed like a poor management issue (though I’m not blaming the Hi-So team, but rather the club nearby). The quality of the food on the rooftop was so-so. The portions were small and overpriced. I ordered the grilled Kurobuta (I can’t remember the exact name), but the texture was sticky and hard to cut through. Despite this, Khun Frank from Hi-So saw the situation and sincerely apologized. I wasn’t intending to complain, but I would like to thank him and would appreciate it if everyone at SO could recognize him. Khun Frank was so kind and always assisted me with any request I had. I want to thank the entire Hi-So team for making my birthday more special. Additionally, I remember Khun Mint wished me a Happy Birthday on my first day of arrival, which was SO sweet. I will definitely think of SO and will be back for my next vacation.
