酒店位置很好 在市中心 但是设施老旧 给人二十年前的感觉 不像五星的水平 房内浴缸 洗手池 桌子等有明显污渍

一樓大廳的員工和早餐餐廳的員工彷彿像不同公司的員工。一樓的幾乎不太主動問候,餐廳的員工則是很和善溫暖。

退房时间太早,行政层和普通楼层没有感受到特别大的差异,房间小,设施旧。

設備有些老舊,且時常會有很大聲的水聲,感覺不像高級飯店

房間內部多處嚴重龜裂,且設備控制器故障,按壓時會陷下去,不易操控。 床頭插座太鬆,插頭無法正常插入。 電視遙控器無法直接從床上操作,需要非常靠近電視。 浴室門無法完整關閉,冷氣控制器無法控制溫度。 時常有突然很大聲的水聲,但明明整個房間都沒有在使用,甚至半夜也會有水聲 完全不像高級飯店的表現

我訂的是一間三人房和二人房,訂房時要求房間在一起,但最後相隔了五層樓。二人房亦不是雙人床而是兩張單人床,廁所特別污糟,尤其是浴缸,其餘都還好,但房間沒有牙刷也沒有風筒,這些都是其他房有提供的,感覺我間房好像沒有清潔整理。最好是職員都很有禮貌地安排換房,但另一間房情況也差不多,所以最後都沒有換。這間房不值這麼貴的價錢。

房间干净、简约视线较好,但是油漆味道比较大,无窗户不能透气。游泳池偏小

整體很不錯, gym room 設施還行,但瑜伽蓆有點污糟,建議定期清洗。 Reception態度服務良好 House keeping ok , 但有時會忘記refill
