I’m stayed here only 1 night(18-19th Mar 2025), my room an Executive room is assigned to the 35th floor with view of Bangkok skyline and Chao Phraya river. The room is very nice with brown color room with high ceiling and large windows makes me feel fresh and comfortable. A bathroom with the right size has both a bathtub and raining shower. The bed was super comfy by Pullman bed. It was blissfully quiet and cool at night. Perfect for sleeping. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Very warm greeting, and the Front desk at Club benefit team was great. They remember me and can call me by name. Last but not least, I especially thank you to Khun Fon Chalinee at club Benefit and her team for excellent services. These made a good memory myself. I was also very impressed with the experience at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. Definitely, I will return to this place next time.

I realized at the airport going to Bali, Indonesia that I left my wallet upon checking out the hotel and contacted the hotel immediately to informed about my missing wallet, they said they found it and so I asked them to send it to my new hotel address but they stopped responding to my email. As I would need my wallet because I can’t stay for long on my vacation and I am not going back to Thailand just to get back my wallet. It is the hotel’s responsibility to send lost items back to its owner as soon as possible!

This hotel is a 3 at best. Hallways and bedroom floors are worn out. There is a termite spray in the hallways. As I passed by one room, a lady was scared because she saw a large coach roach in the room and someone from the hotel was trying to find and remove it. The rugs have stains, lobby is undersized. We had no place to wait while it took us 30 minutes to check in. Our room bathroom sink drained slow, our AC didn’t get cold.

Pullman's Pool's Got The Wow Factor

Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel during a recent visit to Bangkok. The staff are very friendly, excellent gym facilities & gorgeous views from the rooftop restaurant. The rooms are spacious & the 'premium' higher level rooms have stunning views. Everything is modern and clean. However the real masterpiece is the swimming pool and bar. It perfectly frames a stunning view of the City & is especially worth a visit at sunset.
