床品卫生一如既往，前台办理入住收取费用时，微信支付多刷了费用，属于人员操作失误导致，却被告知是系统问题，差额退款需要我等30个工作日，收我钱的时候马上就收走，退钱需要我30个工作日，前台的脸一如即往的臭，早餐餐食每次都一样，那么多中国人入住，麻烦准备一些符合中国人吃的餐食，真的是一言难尽。
