能夠提早入住讓剛下飛機的我非常感謝 但入住的過程冗長,員工訓練不足,要求抵押金但不能接受晚點支付,否則要刷卡。員工對於相關規定不是很肯定,不時要問其他人來確認,給人不專業不可靠的印象 硬體老舊,浴室水龍頭鐵鏽多,洗臉盆刮痕多,木作家具平面凹凸不平,枕頭是聚質纖維抱枕填充,很不好睡。隔音很差,晚上12點多有群房客回來在走廊的笑聲就好像在你房間一樣真實。 一樣的價格曼谷有更多品質好很多的選擇,這家的狀況有失集團水準。

Regarding the deposit by credit card issued, I had seriously investigated and found that our Reception has recheck with their Supervisors as your credit card seem the debit card which she has experience. So our Supervisor has reconfirmed with you about the type of credit card to avoid any issuing because the debit card we cannot process to use the EDC machine for the deposit. I apologies if this cause of your inconvenience, but our team intends to do the best for confirming with the credit card’s owner and need to make the best experience for our guest. However I have shared the information with the teams and corrective actions are already implemented with supportive training. 离MRT步行需要一点距离,但还可以和接受,有免费的摆渡车送到BTS站,干净卫生,所有宜必思房间都一个样

提前一天跟前台申请第二天下午一点退房.第二天上午12点58分其中一个前台上来让我们退房.因为小盆友的东西比较多.我说稍等10分钟.这位前台板着脸语气特别不耐烦的说快一点!快一点!值了这么多酒店.第一次.感觉不会再来了!

客房是比较老旧,应该刷新一番.

除了隔音實在是潛在的困擾因為你不知道隔壁房客到底會不會有公德心,我很滿意在酒店住宿的時間。 因此我希望可以加強隔音設備。

服务态度有好有差吧,前台没有人会讲中文,洗澡的水压很小水流很小,而且洗澡的水不够热,空调的声音非常大,性价比一般吧,就是价格比较有优势一点点吧。
