the service on every staff is great, I shall say service 95% and up, especially the gym attendant Mr Wit, he give me excellent service, friendly and helpful ,I shall say 100%. there is few points I want to point out, the good point is the location, is just right outside the BTS, very convenience the bad points are: 1) I did went to the seafood buffet dinner on the 8th floor with is named the fresh river prawn & crab buffet, the prawns are great, but the crab are all soft and not fresh, I did tell the waiters, and they ask the chef to try, and the chef admit that some crabs were not fresh,but they did not do anything, they did not replace the crab or replace with other kind of seafood, just leave them for the other customers to finish , now there are coronavirus all over the world, and I think is very important to keep the food fresh . 2)the slipper: we found that the slipper in the room is not wrap in a plastic bag, and seems like was worn, so I go the the front desk and ask, and they said yes, if the slipper is in good condition , they will wash and re use again. Recycle is a good thing on my point of view, is a waste just throw away if the customer not wearing them , but at least they should use a bag to wrap them and saying has been rewash, but if we see them is old and not being replace, we just feel sick to use them. 3)the temperature of the room in the middle of the night (2am -5am)will go high, so woke me up the first two nights, and I went to the front desk , they send a technician to come to reset the temperature for me, then, the rest of my stay is fine.

It's a new hotel well located close to the station. I well appreciated the bar restaurant, outside or Inside of the lobby. There was a group plagin high quality westerne music. The lounge at the upper part of the hotel has a wonderful view. it's cosy. Congratulations to Ms.Na and Beam. they are very profesionnal with a lot of courtesy

จากทำเลที่ตั้งติดกับ BTS เพลินจิต เดินทางค่อนข้างสะดวก ตัวโรงแรมวิวสวยทุกมุมมอง ยิ่งชั้น 29 เป็นเลาจน์ วิวยิ่งสวยที่สุด FO : เป็นกันเอง เอาใจใส่ดูแลแขกเป็นอย่างดี แม้แต่ พนักงานที่ดูแลรถหน้าโรงแรมมีอัธยาศัยดี ควรปรับปรุงระบบการจอดรับส่งแขกที่หน้าโรงแรม มีการปล่อยให้จอดที่ถนนด้านข้างที่จะเข้าลานจอดชั้นบน รถจะเข้าก็ไม่ได้ รถจะออกก็ไม่ได้ การจราจรติดขัด F&B อาหารเช้าโดยภาพรวมค่อนข้างหลากหลาย ไทย จีน อินเดีย ญี่ปุ่น ฝรั่ง ยังมีอาหารสำหรับ มังสวิรัติด้วย รสชาติกลางๆ สามารถรับประทานได้ทุกเชื้อชาติ pool and fitness สถานที่โปร่งสบาย ไม่อึดอัด มีอุปกรณ์ให้เล่นพอสมควร machine อย่างละเครื่อง ยกเว้น cardio ที่มีมากหน่อย premier lounge ที่สุดของการเข้าพัก บรรยากาศนี้ แม้จะมีฝุ่นหนาปกคลุม วิวสวย อาหารหลายหลายพอควร มุม non smoking ค่อนข้างเล็กที่เป็น out door บางครั้งต้องการวิว สวยๆ แต่ก็ต้องไปนั่งรมควันบุหรี่ และซิการ์ housekeeping and room service ทำห้องได้เรียบร้อย สะอาด จัดหาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำได้ไม่บกพร่อง room service จัดหา สิ่งของให้ตามที่ต้องการพร้อมทั้งอาสาเสนอช่วย แสดงความเอาใจใส่

我們4大2小，訂的是加大雙人床 入住放行李後外出回來，一旁的沙發便貼心的鋪了床墊及枕頭被子，且加了瓶裝水，讚

Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit located right in front of Ploenchit BTS Station which is very convenient. Hotel location is very nice and easy to find food around the hotel. Room is nice and comfortable.

All of the staff were very helpful, here are just a few I could remember: Phone, Nuch, Suzi, Katty, Kung, Nok, Phong, Nine and Ban were the best. I was there for a month and they made me feel at home!

I stayed in this hotel for 6 night for business. This hotel is well located in downtown. It is easy to access to public transport and malls. All staff are friendly. Room is clean and calm. Gym facilities are good. Food are delicious.

整體都很好！但房中央的燈光較暗，希望可以在房間多加一點燈

very comfortable,room good size,very clean.air condition working fine,very good breakfast,near train ,station,two restaurants,one with live music,friendly personnel,fair prices.swimming pool small but very clean.all in all a very satisfactory hotel

The Novotel Ploenchit Sukhumvit was very covinient for two days of staying in Bangkok after trip across Asia. Beatiful view from roof restaurant (29th floor) to night city, the pool available from the early morning to late evening.

Stayed at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit as it was close to our client's office but that was a good decision.its close proximity to good upmarket shopping. Its a lovely hotel with nice clean rooms. The food was great. Courteous staff.
