The hotel is very well located near the city center of Malaga and the train station. the rooms are spacious, clean and practical and nicely decorated. We can not say unfortunately that the staff of the hotel was over enthusiastically friendly. Greeting the customers is optional and the absolute low came when we sat down in the bar for a drink. three staff members in the vicinity ; not one of them bothered to help us ; out of sheer curiosity we checked how long it would take. after 12 minutes we ended the experiment. Staff is not up to Novotel standard

We stayed for one night to experience Malaga before flying home after a week's stay on the Costa Del Sol. The welcome was warm and despite our early arrival, our luggage was accommodated and suggestions made by the check-in staff to see the best of Malaga. Once checked in, the rooms were lovely and clean, and any follow up service (food, taxis etc) was done swiftly. Overall, a great stay!
